Housing Statistics Annual Return
This is an Excel-based electronic return first introduced in April 2008 for data relating to 2007-08. It consolidates several previously separate data collections (see below). The return has now been reformatted for 2008-09 to include clearer guidance and more space for comments. The only change to the content of this return relates to information on Houses in Multiple Occupancy, where one question has been expanded, and another dropped. If this, or any other of the changes we have made cause any difficulties when completing the return, then please get in touch at housingstatistics@scotland.gsi.gov.uk.
Housing Statistics Annual Return (for data relating to 2008-09)
Included in the consolidated Housing Statistics Annual Return are the following returns:
- Stock1 , Stock2, Stock4, S1B, HMO, Housing Lists, Lettings and Evictions
Please note that the Stock4, Lettings and Evictions returns (which were formerly due for completion each quarter until 2007 q2) are now annual returns.
