Main Findings
Scottish Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in constant basic prices grew by 0.6 per cent during the third quarter of 2012.
Output in the Services sector grew by 0.3 per cent. Total output in the Production sector grew by 1.9 per cent. Output in the Construction sector contracted by 0.4 per cent.
On an annual basis, comparing the latest quarter (2012 Q3) with the same quarter in the previous year (2011 Q3), GDP grew 0.4%.
