The number of social work orders increased between 2010-11 and 2011-12. This reversed the trend witnessed in the previous year, and took the number of orders in 2011-12 back to around the same levels as in 2009-10. This includes Community Payback Orders, Probation Orders, Community Service Orders, Supervised Attendance Orders and Drug Treatment and Testing Orders.
