Additional Data at Community Justice Authority / Local Authority level
The following tables provide time series information, back to 2004-05 unless stated, on criminal justice social work activity at local authority area, community justice area and Scotland levels:
New data is added to these tables annually. The tables are, in addition, updated on a continuous basis throughout the year to reflect any revisions made to already published data. As a result, some of the figures in these tables may differ from those in the published bulletin(s) for the year(s) in question.
The vast majority of these tables contain detailed information for which it is only possible to show one year's data at a time. For such tables, you can pick the year you want by selecting from the drop down menu in the light blue cell near the top right hand corner of the table.
Additional Data at Scotland level
The published 2011-12 bulletin contained less detailed breakdowns for many of the tables than had been the case in previous years. Information at the more detailed level can be found in these Additional Tables. These tables contain information back to 2004-05 and are kept up to date on a continuous basis. They also show one year's data at a time and offer the facility to pick the year you want by selecting from the drop down menu in the light blue cell near the top right hand corner of the tables.
Additional Monthly data for Community Payback Orders (CPOs)
CPOs were introduced to replace Community Service Orders, Probation Orders and Supervised Attendance Orders for offences committed on or after 1 February 2011. Community Payback Orders Imposed provides information from the Scottish Court Service on the number of CPOs issued in each month up to the end of March 2012.
