These regularly updated statistics are based on management information obtained from sea fisheries management information systems. Please note these statistics have not undergone the quality assurance procedures necessary for National Statistics.
This section includes the weekly marine brief to the Minister, quota uptake reports, monthly landings data and the information on fixed quota units held by Fishery Producer Organisations.
ICES Rectangle Data
These statistics provide fishing effort and landings quantity and value by ICES rectangles.
Distribution Maps of Fishing Effort and Quantity of Landings These maps show the spatial distribution of fishing effort by gear type and the quantity of sea fish caught in Scottish waters.
