Contributing to the SHS Review process
If you have used the SHS data, or if you have an
interest in doing so, we would be grateful if you could
take a few minutes to complete the review questionnaire and
return it to Ewen McCaig, a consultant assisting with the
review.
There are three ways to get in touch, e-mail, post or
telephone.

as an e-mail attachment to:

(NB: Your response may be passed to the Scottish
Executive or referred to when reporting the Review. If you
wish your contribution to be anonymised, please say so when
responding)

Print the questionnaire, fill in and post to:
