There are regular Annual Reports and Bulletins arising from the survey which are available to buy from Blackwell's and can be freely accessed on the Scottish Government Website. In addition more detailed analyses and studies have been published drawing on information from the survey.

The 2005/2006 Annual Report was published on 2nd August 2007. This provided national and local authority results.
