The phased delivery of Rural Development Contracts - Rural Priorities (RDC - RP) systems is continuing with Outcome Plan templates and guidance made available from 27 May 2008, and the Proposal data capture system release on Monday 7 July. This will allow applicants to complete and submit their Proposals and will let Case Officers engage further with applicants in preparing these for the full commit stage.
Some functions in data capture will require an additional update to the systems around the end of July. We will confirm the extent and timing of this as we complete the necessary development and testing work. Once this update is in place, Proposals can move forward to the commit stage and into 'back office' processing for formal assessment.
