Along with your Outcome Plan, all documents supporting your proposal should be attached as appendices.
These could include:
- Maps
- Any specialist advice received as a separate document and referred to in Section 2 of the Outcome Plan
- Any consents and licences received from regulatory authorities and referred to in Section 4 of the Outcome Plan
- Letters of approval from landowners, partnership organisation, sponsor agencies, match funders, etc. and referred to in Section 4 of the Outcome Plan. This will include a Landlord Notification Form if you tenant or contractual licensee
- Quotes, estimates
