Customer Care - Visiting You

If we have made an appointment with you we will do our best to arrive promptly and will identify ourselves when we arrive.

Sometimes we will visit your property, but may not be able tell you in advance because of the rules that govern how we pay grants. When we visit we will explain what we need to do when we arrive at your property.

We will do our best to cause you as little inconvenience as possible.
