Types of Complaints

Difficulties can occur from time to time which affect the delivery of services that we provide. You can complain if you think that:

  • We have done something wrong
  • We failed to do something we said we would do
  • You were not treated courteously or efficiently by a member of our staff

If you have a complaint about payment claim decisions, there is a separate payment appeals procedure for that.

You should note that it is not possible to appeal against a decision not to award an offer of grant to a proposal.
