Before we can begin processing your claim we will check to ensure that it is valid.
Your claim must contain all the information we need and include all relevant supporting documents. We aim to make your grant payment as quickly as possible after having completed any necessary checks on the information contained in the claim. These checks may include a physical inspection of the work which the claim relates to.
If there is a deadline, we expect you to submit your claim on time or we may not be able to process it and issue a payment within the agreed timescales. These deadlines include the annual deadline of 15 May for SAF submission.
