Equalities Research

hands claspedThis section provides further information on the Scottish Government's research into Equality.

The Equalities Research Team is responsible for developing a research evidence base to support work across a range of equalities issues including: disability; faith; gender; race; refugees and asylum seekers; and sexual orientation.

The Scottish Government and its Agencies collect, analyse and publish equality evidence across a wide range of policy areas. The information has been brought together on the Scottish Government Equality Evidence website. The evidence finder allows users to find this evidence by policy area and by equality characteristic.
