The table below lists the secondary legislation which has already been laid before the Scottish Parliament or Westminster Parliament or is already in force. Some of the secondary legislation only tangentially relevant to PVG implementation but is included for completeness. The links take you to the PDF versions of the instruments and the Executive Notes on the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) website .
Please refer to the Executive Notes for more information about each statutory instrument. Note that OPSI versions of statutory instruments do not show any subsequent amendments to the instruments (made by other instruments).
Draft PVG secondary legislation (for information)
As it becomes available, we will publish other draft secondary legislation for the PVG Scheme here for information. Although not for consultation, we would obviously be pleased to receive notification of any defects, errors or other serious problems with drafts as this will enable us to take any action to address them before they are laid at the Scottish Parliament.
