This Order was made under sections 42 and 103 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 and came into force on June 4, 2009.
The Order makes provision to ensure that relevant persons may, if necessary to ensure their effective participation in the decision making process, be provided with free legal representation to assist them in the hearing proceedings.
