The Scottish Executive and the Government of the Free State of Bavaria signed an Action Plan on 6 May 2005 in order to strengthen relations between the two governments. There are three youth work objectives in the Action Plan:
· To exchange research commissioned by each administration on young people;
· To exchange information collated for the European Commission on the European White Paper on Youth;
· To develop and share experience of youth work.
