A programme board, jointly chaired by the Scottish Government and COSLA, including representation from the NHS and the voluntary sector; the chairs of the task groups; ACPOS; and specific individuals chosen for their expertise, will oversee the development of the early years framework over the coming months.
The programme board will provide a strategic overall direction for the development of the framework and will be a high level forum to provide advice to Scottish Ministers and COSLA.
