A Qualifications and Training Working Group has been set up and it had its first meeting on 16 December 2004 in Glasgow. A second meeting also took place on 14 January and the third meeting was held on 17 February 2005.
The aim of the Working Group is to:
Ensure that qualifications and training are appropriate for the different sectors of the workforce and meet the needs of children and families now and in the future.
