Executive Policies and Functions - Relevance to, and Impact on, Race Equality
The following pages list Executive policies and functions and indicate whether they are relevant to the statutory duty to promote race equality, if any screening has been (or will be) undertaken to assess the policy's or function's impact or potential impact on the promotion of race equality, the outcome of any screening or assessment, action to be taken to remedy any adverse impact identified, and other work being undertaken on race equality in that area. Any query about a particular policy or function should be directed to the Division or Unit concerned.
