To support phase two of the Reducing Reoffending Programme Scottish Government analysts reviewed evidence on the effectiveness of different approaches to reduce reoffending, including with women offenders. The summary and full version of their evidence review are now available online.
We also examined the findings of reports by Audit Scotland, Committees of the Scottish Parliament, the then Social Work Inspection Agency, and others into the criminal justice system or aspects of it.
