Many people feel that nothing can be done to deal with antisocial behaviour and that they just have to put up with it - even when it seriously affects their quality of life. But that's not right. Antisocial behaviour is unacceptable in our communities.
If you are experiencing serious and persistent antisocial behaviour, report it to your local council. They are best placed to deal with antisocial behaviour such as noisy neighbours, litter, dog fouling, graffiti and vandalism. Your local council, together with other bodies like the police, have a responsibility to address antisocial behaviour in your area. You should, however, report serious crime to the police.
