Equality and Diversity
At their meeting on 20 May 2012, the Board agreed that they wished to undertake an Equalities Impact Assessment (EIA) to ensure that, while they are not subject to the Equality Act 2010, they were acting in the spirit of this legislation. This would support the partner organisations who are subject to the legislation and also ensure that there were no unintended consequences relating to equalities resulting from actions or activities of the Board. The following report has been produced.
