The Scottish Government is doing all it can to help steer people away from problem drug use. Our drugs strategy, The Road to Recovery, published in May 2008, sets out a vision where all drug treatment and rehabilitation services are based on the principle of recovery. We now have the right strategy, right funding, right framework and we all need to work together to achieve the generational change needed in our approach to tackling problem drug use in Scotland.
