Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2004 - Phase 2 - Advice and Guidance Sub Group
Remit
To bring together key parties to:-
- In consultation with an agreed network of key statutory and voluntary organisations, identify the guidance requirements of practitioners in respect of Phase 2.
- Monitor and assist the provision of 'in-house' procedures and guidance by key stakeholders to assist practitioners with applying measures introduced by Phase 2 where necessary or sought.
- Assist with the production of generic practitioner guidance.
