The Scottish Government sought the views of consultees on the recommendations contained in the Scottish Law Commission's report on Rape and Other Sexual Offences. The consultation period ran from December 19, 2007 and closed on March 14, 2008. Over 1,000 responses were received by the Scottish Government. 66 respondents have given permission for their views to be shared. Of these, 47 responses are from organisations and 19 are from individuals. Copies of these responses can also be obtained from the Scottish Government Library
