Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 - List of web based publications

Scottish Government publications relating to the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 (the 2000 Act) have been revised to take account of the changes which have been made to the 2000 Act by the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007 .

These are downloadable web based publications. However, a limited initial print run has been produced and members of the public can obtain a hard copy version of the publications they require until stocks are exhausted by calling 0131 244 3581. Thereafter, those who wish to download a publication but who do not have access to a printer, can phone the above number and request a photocopy.
