MODERNISING BANKRUPTCY AND DILIGENCE
The Executive has set out proposals for
Modernising
Bankruptcy and Diligence. This consultation meets the
First Minister''s commitment on 28 May 2003 to consult on
legislation to modernise the laws of personal bankruptcy
and diligence in Scotland to strike a better balance
between supporting business risk and protecting the rights
of creditors.
The Executive has run a series of roadshows and a copy
