The Implementation Reviews will focus on progress with the targets and commitments within DFMH; the implementation of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 and other aspects. Each meeting will focus on measuring Individual area performance - where against national trends/baselines. Prior to each meeting Health Boards complete an Indicator which can be viewed on the Implementation Indicator and Outcomes page.
The review will visit each NHS Board area twice yearly and it is hoped that NHS Board Chief Executives and local authority representatives will be available to meet with the SE team to discuss progress.
The outcomes of the Implementation Review will be fed into the Implementation Board and Reference Group meetings.
