The Reference Group will review participation and performance of NHS Boards and their partners. Their work will be informed by the Implementation Review returns from NHS Boards and partners. The group will meet at least 6 times per tear beofre and after the Implementation Board meetings.
The group is made up of colleagues from the Mental Health Division and the wider Scottish Executive Health Department.
