Week seven - enjoying the outdoors

Week seven - enjoying the outdoors

Edinburgh and the Scottish ParliamentHasn't the weather been great this week?

Still room for a light coat, but no rain and lots of sunshine seems to have transformed the scenery. I've really enjoyed being outside.

It's been a great time for walking my daughter to school, which she also seems much happier about now that the sun has made an appearance.

At the weekend we all went out for a family lunch with some friends. Afterwards we got them to drop us off 45 minutes from home and we walked back. As well as being great fun it helped us walk off some of our lunch. Hopefully the weather keeps up so we can all enjoy a lot more time outdoors.

I've also been keeping up with my regular routine of doing 15 minutes most days on my exercise bike - which always seems to work no matter what the weather!

Well, golly gosh! You went for a walk and then had your lunch. And then you walked home!

You could take this blogging thing a step further...why not talk to BBC Scotland about having your own TV show, dedicated to fitness?
