Pandemic Flu Programme Brief
This programme brief serves as a contract between the Pandemic Flu Co-ordination Team and the Pandemic Flu Steering Group. It describes what will be delivered and the factors and considerations that have a bearing on the work programme. The brief defines the scope of work, objectives and standards to be reached; and the overall approach to managing the work programme. It is a tool for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and assessing the programme. It should be used as the single point of reference on the programme and its arrangements.
