APC Biennial Report 2010
Section 46 of the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007 requires Adult Protection Committees (APCs) to produce a biennial report on the exercise of the Committee's functions in the preceding two years. Copies of the reports should be provided to each of the public bodies and office-holders represented on the Committee, the Scottish Ministers, the Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland, the Public Guardian and Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS). The first round of these reports was received by Scottish Ministers in October 2010. Copies of each of these reports and the Minister for Public Health and Sport's response to these reports can be viewed below.
