The same as you? Review of Services for People with Learning Disabilities
A National Review of Services for people with a Learning Disability was started, and this Review was the first in-depth analysis of services for people with learning disabilities for over 20 years. Statutory agencies, service users, their carers and people who deliver the services were all involved in the Review.
On 11 May 2000, The same as you? report was published identifying a blueprint for the next 10 years. 29 recommendations were agreed as the way forward.
