Joint Future Human Resources Group (JFHRG)
The JFHRG is made up of a range of trade union representatives, managers and professionals in health and social care, Local Authorities and members of the Scottish Executive Health Department.
To improve joint working it is necessary to facilitate better communications between staff groups and their employers. The JFHRG was set up to ensure that social care and health services become "joined up" by identifying the need to break down traditional cultures, rigid employment practices and manage differing terms and conditions.
