Change Through Learning Event - 9 April 2008
The national partnership in community care wants to ensure that managers and practitioners have a good understanding of current developments in Single Share Assessment, especially the National Information Standards, and how they relate to the wider outcomes picture.
The 'Change Through Learning' symposium at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh will provide stakeholders with that opportunity. People who will benefit from attending will include leads for Single Shared Assessment, eHealth, Data Sharing Partnerships and Organisational Development; Performance Managers; senior managers in Community Health and Community Health and Care Partnerships; senior mangers in housing; voluntary groups; and COSLA.
