Groups Supporting Implementation of Joint Future

What are these groups?

To support the implementation of Joint Future, the Joint Future Unit has an Involvement and Communication Strategy that engages with stakeholders at a number of different levels.

How do these groups contribute to Joint Future ?

The framework comprises a number of groups that advise on the development and implementation of policy, support implementation in practical terms and provide learning opportunities. Broadly speaking, they fall into 2 categories: groups supporting and managing the policy, and those assisting practical implementation.

Why have these groups?

Ownership by stakeholders and involvement in implementation is a vital part of delivering on Joint Future. The stakeholders in Joint Future come from a number of different levels and sectors. The framework is therefore extensive.

When do these groups meet?

These groups meet on a scheduled basis. Further information is available from the Joint Future Unit on request.
