Part 9 Statutory Nuisances

During the development of the procedural guidance on Part 9 of the Public Health etc. (Scotland) Act 2008 the opportunity was taken as agreed with stakeholders to provide guidance on the wider existing Statutory Nuisance provisions and other perceived nuisances covered by separate legislation. The guidance should be read in conjunction with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Part 9 of the Public Health etc (Scotland) Act 2008.
