REGIONAL WORKSHOPS
The Review of the Senior Charge Nurse/Ward Sister project has been designed to be as inclusive as possible, providing stakeholders with the opportunity to shape the outcome of the project. The process includes a survey of existing Senior Charge Nurses/Ward Sisters and one to one interviews with Executive Directors. In order to engage with other stakeholders in Scotland the Scottish Executive is holding a number of stakeholder events which will provide an opportunity for interested parties to inform the outcome of the review.
Each event will consist of six individual workshops for Senior Charge Nurses/Midwives, other grades of nursing and midwifery staff, general/nurse managers/senior nurses, medical staff, student nurses & academic staff and members of the public. Each workshop will be for two hours, providing participants with the opportunity to attend either the morning or afternoon only. There is a maximum of 25 places for both morning and afternoon workshops.
