NATIONAL EVENT FOR LEAD NURSES IN COMMUNITY HEALTH PARTNERSHIPS (CHPS) AND COMMUNITY HEALTH AND CARE PARTNERSHIPS (CHCPS) IN SCOTLAND

An event was held for Lead Nurses from each CHP/CHCP in Scotland at the Inchyra Grange Hotel. The event discussed the Community Health Nursing model.

Lesley Summerhill chaired the event and in feedback the Lead Nurses said that they had found it productive and would be keen to take part in future events. Attendees felt that they had gained a clearer understanding of the proposed Community Health Nurse Role and appreciated the chance to network with their colleagues from across the country.
