Review of Nursing in the Community
March 2006
Why?
The review is an action point in Delivering for Health [1] and covers ALL nursing in the community - District Nurses, Health Visitors, School Nursing, Practice Nursing, Mental Health, Learning Disability, children and others e.g.: Cancer Nursing. It will build on other work the Executive have already undertaken such as the Review of Mental Health Nursing (due in April 2006), Framework for Nursing in General Practice, Learning Disability Review etc. The Report will be published in May 2006.
