Pay Policy and Primary Medical Services

This includes:

• Overseeing pay policy for all hospital-based staff within NHSScotland.
• Overseeing policy on pay and terms and conditions for GP practices.
• Co-ordinating Scottish input to the relevant UK pay review bodies and pay negotiating machinery.
• Administering annual pay awards.
• Working with the Pay Modernisation Directors to implement pay modernisation.
