  • Administration of annual pay agreements for all Health Board employees.

  • Policy on terms and conditions for consultants, junior doctors and non-medical staff.

  • Leading the review and implementation of NHS Pension arrangements.

  • Assessing and advising on the impact of Working Time Regulations on the future shape and size of the workforce and design of services.
