Leadership Development
This involves steering the development and implementation of 'Delivering Through Leadership', the NHSScotland Leadership Development Framework, and the supporting Leadership Development Plan 2005-07.
This includes top team development, strategic clinical leadership development, Community Health Partnership development, the graduate-level Management Training Scheme and 360° Feedback Pilot.
