Employment Practice
This involves
directing the development and implementation of employment
practice policy initiatives aimed at supporting NHS
Scotland as an 'exemplar employer'.
This includes providing the policy
lead for Occupational Health and Safety and the
implementation of the Executive's Healthy Working Lives and
Closing the Opportunity Gap programmes.
It also includes pensions, general HR
support, and Public Private Partnerships/Private Finance
Initiative as they effect staff.
