An independently commissioned Needs Assessment, undertaken by the Scottish Public Health Network, is now available.
The aim of the needs assessment is to provide information on future patterns of service by looking at epidemiological data and identifying comparative models from abroad. Findings of the Needs Assessment will be taken into account by the Implementation Group in developing their recommendations to Ministers.
