- Mr Tom Russell, Consultant Neurosurgeon
- Mrs Myra Duncan, Director of Planning, South East and Tayside Regional Planning Group
- Mr Andy Wynd, Chief Executive, Scottish Spina Bifida Association (rep. Neurological Alliance)
- Miss Karyn Robertson, National Clinical Network Manager for paediatric epilepsy
- Mr Will Scott, Neuroscience Implementation Group Project Director, Scottish Government

Additionally, the group's meetings are attended by an operational manager from one of the four provider sites. The representative of the operational managers' group rotates according to the location of the meeting.
