There are now three new National Support Improvement Programmes to support the delivery of the commitments in "Better Health, Better Care" and the delivery of refreshed HEAT Targets.
These new programmes will build on the experience and learning gained over the last 3 years. Our publication "Delivering Better Health, Better Care Through Continuous Improvement: Lessons from the National Programmes", is now available.

18 Weeks Service Redesign and Transformation Programme
The programme has three work streams:
