The Education, Training and Knowledge Management Programme supports the spread of "High Impact Changes" across NHS Scotland through the use of improvement tools and techniques across NHS Scotland to provide a systematic and sutainable approach to improvement.
The Programme does this by hosting a series of events, workshops and training sessions which help build capacity for service redesign and sustainable improvements. The events include Core Improvement Skills Training, Master Classes and Programme specific events.
