Internal Communications Toolkit
The internal communications toolkit has been designed to help CHI Leads raise awareness and encourage use of the CHI number within their NHS Board area.
It includes articles and case studies that can be placed within staff newsletters, magazines and intranets that communicate key messages, provide examples of best practice and offer the opinion of key personnel.
Posters and Leaflets
A series of posters and leaflets aimed at NHS staff and patients to promote awareness and encourage use of the CHI number have been designed to complement the toolkit.
To date the posters and leaflets have been very well received, and are now in use across Scotland to increase awareness of the CHI number.
