Travel is an indispensible element of the Scottish Government's operations, because meeting stakeholders, partners and colleagues is a vital part of how we carry out our duties. Travel can also be a significant source of carbon emissions, and we are working to minimise these impacts.
Based upon 2005-06 levels we aim to achieve a reduction in business travel related CO2 emissions.
