The Executive is constantly looking to reform its structures and improve the way it works.
The Taking stock - fit for the future review was initiated to assess how ready the organisation is to rise to the challenges of the next four years.
A high level Action Plan has now been drawn up, setting out the main things to be done over the next 12 months in a change programme. It uses evidence taken from the review team's report and the Employee Survey and Stakeholder Survey.
On Wednesday, December 13 the Permanent Secretary issued a message to all Executive staff outlining the way ahead.
